A filmmaker's perspective
I spent over ten years working in film as an actress, writer and director. It shaped the way I see people, composition and storytelling. As an actress, I lived through a wide range of emotions, and as a director, I created stories of my own. I learned to observe people and notice the details and tension in seemingly ordinary interactions.
Watching the work of fellow artists developed my taste and shaped my instinct for what makes an image work.
